  Worst haircut in my whole life, I could have done a better job!!! Alex cut a chunk out of my hair and confronted about it laughed and said he cut my hair the way I told him to! I lost my cool at that point, you do not laugh at someone that is upset that a whole chunk is cut out of her hair, the manager laughed and said while the haircut wasn't the best, it was alright! Never did they say I'm sorry!!!! This was on June 2nd and today June 28th, I get a call from Alex telling me that he wants to offer me a free service if I would come back in! Never I'm sorry, or a coupon to go to another location! I then got a call from the owner Mike, he was just as bad, saying all they could was offer a free service, I explained an apology was all I wanted, because there is no way I would let Alex touch my hair again! Or any other stylist there! I guess that's what you get for going to a chain salon, sub par performance! Since this happened I had two others to tell me about their hair being improperly cut! Beware of this location!! ADDITION: THIS IN RESPONSE TO THE POST JUST ADDED BY COST CUTTERS TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE NOW!! THEY DIDNT CARE WHEN I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER STYLIST TO TRY TO COVER THE CHUNK CUT OUT!! THE STYLIST DID NOT APOLOGISE, HE ONLY OFFERED THE FREE SERVICE! THE OWNER FINALLY APOLOGISED TODAY!! LITTLE LATE TO BE TRYING TO MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK GOOD! TELLS YOU WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU RECEIVED THERE!!!!
